This week on Dezeen the Grenfell Tower Inquiry concluded

This week on Dezeen, the architecture studio behind the Grenfell Tower refurbishment was excoriated in the final report of the public inquiry into the devastating 2017 fire.

The 1,700-page report concluded that Studio E “bears a very significant degree of responsibility for the disaster”.

In response to the news, Dezeen’s features editor Nat Barker wrote an opinion piece reflecting on the role of the lead architect on the building’s refurbishment project.
